Focus on Deep Processing of Rice
Jiangxi Hengding Food Co., Ltd, hereinafter referred to as Hengding, is founded by Mr Fu Aiping in 2006, based in
Fengcheng Jiangxi, a major commercial hub for rice products in China. In Chinese, heng means constant, persistent;
ding means top, apex, withstand. The company name derived from the term chi zhi yi heng, ding tian li di(down-to
earth, with perseverance), which is also the entrepreneurial spirit Hengding hold for decades.
Rice is far more important to us, according to Chinese mythology, rice was given as a gift from the animals after a
large flood, giving the Chinese people a source of plentiful food. Being as one of the oldest cereal grains in the
world, rice is also a staple food for more than half of the world’s population, including 640 million undernourished
people living in Asia. The existence of Hengding has always been closely related to rice.
Started from a small rice processing mill, Hengding now has developed with more than 500 employees and an area
of 500 mu(82.4 acres). From rice planting, rice harvesting, power generation from chaff, rice bran to rice bran oil.
From rice to rice syrup, rice syrup to non-dairy creamer. From refined rice to rice protein powder, from rice protein
powder to protein health food. The whole industry chain of rice deep processing has been realized in Hengding.
Besides, Hengding has also been rated as a National Key Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization by
China’s Ministry of Agriculture, National High-tech Enterprise, National Specialized and Innovative SME and
National Technological Innovation Demonstration Enterprises etc.
In recent years, a modern enterprise management system has been introduced, the business have been expanded to
four sectors:
1. Rice syrup plant, annual output of 200,000 tons.
2. Non-dairy creamer plant, annual output of 100,000 tons.
3. Rice protein plant, annual output of 20,000 tons.
4. Evaporated milk plant, annual output of 20,000 tons.
And our products cover: rice syrup, rice protein powder, rice protein peptide, non-dairy creamer, evaporated milk
and soybean milk powder etc. The products was exported to all over the world.
Hengding is one of the national standard setters for GB/T 20882.4-2021, China National Standard for fructose
syrup. Besides, Jiangxi Provincial High Value Utilization Engineering Research Center for Rice Byproducts was
established in Hengding.
In order to meet the needs of the international market, we have also passed ISO22000, FSSC 22000, HALAL,
Kosher, BRCGS grade A and Eco Cert Organic standard systems.
In 2020, Jiangxi Hengding Bio-Food Industrial Park was founded, with total investment 2.35 billion yuan. It isestimated that 100,000 peasant households will benefit from it! The industrial chain of upstream and downstream
